The Desautels Centre is committed to the academic exploration of private enterprise and the law. The academic programming of the centre connects diverse areas of business law, management, experiential learning, and academic research at the law school. Within the Robson Hall community, the Desautels Centre maintains linkages with the L. Kerry Vicker Business Law Clinic and the annual Senft lecture, both of which connect alumni, community members, academics, and current students with shared interests in entrepreneurship and amplifying private enterprises interests in the legal sector. Within Robson Hall’s course offerings, students can specialize their course of study to develop expertise in legal matters pertaining to small businesses. Additionally, the Desautels Centre Case Reporter and Blog offer scholarly outlets to outline issues relating to private enterprise and the law.
