Banking & Finance Law Review – Desautels Law Student FinTech Paper

Opportunity

The Centre has partnered with the Banking & Finance Law Review through its Annual FinTech Issue to launch Canada’s first Law Student FinTech Writing Program. The writing program aims to generate interest in the intersection of financial law and technology among Canadian law students by promoting and recognizing student research in this cutting-edge field, where many start-up enterprises are privately held. Submissions are evaluated by a panel of experts in FinTech law. The author of the top paper receives funds ($1500) to develop the paper for publication. The paper is published in the Banking & Finance Law Review’s Annual FinTech Issue as the Desautels Law Student FinTech Paper.
